I don’t care if I’m waking up the neighbors with my Whambulance. I will regret about it, but I’ve always wanted to say something. 

It’s been bothering me a lot, too. I didn’t know who Conrad was until someone told me that it was a character’s from Tessa Stone’s comic, and I wondered if it was because of how I drew Ferris. I felt very guilty drawing Fishbones after that knowledge, since I thought that maybe some people were accusing me of something.

I’m getting too sensitive about this, but it was also depressing to see some people on Tumblr taking panels of Ferris from our webcomic and altering it to make him look more like Conrad. I guess it hurts a lot more than it should, because it was around the time when I had to physically struggle through my day job and ache my way through sleepless nights with only one meal a day, just to get a page done on Fishbones. Then I see the end result of “LOL CONRAD IN FISHBONES, KYA”.

I also worried if it was offensive to Tessa Stone as well.

Thank you so much, Jisuk. It feels really, really good to finally be able to say something about it, even if people take this the wrong way.
